The Sweet Iron eggbut with medium port has af fixed cheek piece in relation to the mouth piece, the bit offers more moderate lateral control. The mouth piece is made of Inno Sense flexisoft, wich makes the bit flexible. There fore this mouth piece is softer than sweet iron or copper.  ThisD-ring has a straigth mouth piece and gives mainly pressure on the tongue.
