Horka Chambon

This chambon is a training aid that improves the horse's posture. It can be used during lunging or riding. The chambon brings the horse's head forward and downward. When the horse carries its head too high, it feels pressure behind the ears and in the corners of the mouth; as soon as the head lowers, that pressure disappears. The chambon is attached to the girth, runs through rings on the headpiece, and is secured to the bit rings with clips.
